Linda Trout joined the IRC as Executive Director in December of 2004. She is an attorney and has practiced law in Johnson County. Linda served as the Director of Career Services at UMKC Law School for nine years.

Sarah Bader

Sarah is a 2006 graduate of William Jewell College (BA, Communications). She is interested in the intersection of education and non-profit organizations. Prior to working at IRC, she spent a year teaching English as a second language in Samcheonpo, South Korea.

Maggie comes to IRC from the field of education. She has worked as a teacher and a counselor in the Shawnee Mission School District, where she has seen the excitement that effective community programs can bring to students.
